Co-Chair Working Group CMS/ISODominique Casutt co-chairs the ECS Working Group on Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and ISO together with Daniel L. Bühr.
She is a Swiss lawyer and owner of the law and compliance firm Corporate Compliance Casutt advising and supporting companies in all areas of compliance and integrity management.
Prior to setting up her own company she was Group Compliance Officer with two Swiss multinational companies (Syngenta and Clariant) with global responsibility for compliance and counsel with two law firms. During her industry engagement she was an active member of the competition and compliance working groups of SwissHoldings.
Dominique graduated from the University of Basel Law School in 1994 and holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen HSG. She is a member of the Basel and Swiss Bar Association and a lecturer on compliance management at the University of St. Gallen Executive School.
