Ethics and Compliance Switzerland (ECS) is a unique cross industry not for profit organization in Switzerland. ECS welcomes compliance officers and anyone interested in the compliance discipline including regulators, risk professionals, in-house counsel, auditors, board members and those who work with or supervise compliance functions.

Cybercrime consists of criminal acts committed online by using electronic communications networks and information systems. The threat posed to companies by cyber-attacks has increased significantly in recent years. The phenomenon of cybercrime, effective prosecution of cybercrime incidents and internal investigations related to cybercrime will be the topic of the next event of the working group investigations of Ethics and Compliance Switzerland (ECS).
Dr. Daniel Nussbaumer (Head Cyber Security Schweiz, Telekom Security) and Sandra Schweingruber (Federal Prosecutor for Cybercrime at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland) will share their wealth of experience with us as in a key note followed by a panel discussion moderated by the co-chairs of the working group investigations, Daniel S. Weber and Dr. Roman Hub
