Virtual Q&A Session with Brian Rabbitt, Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division, US Department of Justice
Recently, the U.S. Department of Justice (hereinafter “DOJ”) has released new versions of two critical documents – the Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, and A Resource Guide to the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The Ethics and Compliance Initiative (ECI), a best practice community of organisations that are committed to create high quality ethics & compliance programs, invites to a virtual discussion about these updates with DOJ’s newly appointed Acting Assistant Attorney General Brian Rabbitt.
Any questions related to updates made to both revised documents, to insights on how the DOJ evaluates compliance efforts or general questions for Brian Rabbitt and the DOJ can directly be placed by the event participants until 30th July 2020. The virtual event will take place on 30th July 2020 at 2:00 p.m. EDT (8:00 p.m. CET). Following this discussion, a panel of experts will weigh in on the updates and what they mean, including insight from Charles Duross, a principal author for the First Edition of the DoJ FCPA Resource Guide.
