On 23 November 2022, the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER) amended Annex 1, 3, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23 und 29 of the Swiss Ordinance on Measures in Connection with the Situation in Ukraine. In addition, the interpretation of Articles 12, 14a, 14c, 15, 20, 21, 23, 28b and 28d of the Ordinance has been updated. The new measures entered into force on 23 November 2022 at 6 p.m.
