Reopening well: Balancing employee privacy with employee safety

A new article at Corporate Compliance Insights summarizes key privacy issues employers face as they implement return-to-work plans and discusses how companies can minimize these concerns while maximizing workplace safety. The authors conclude that privacy considerations are a crucial part of return-to-work plans. In these extraordinary times, the pressure to “get back to the office” would tempt some companies to reopen as soon as the competent public authorities allow.
