Dr. Zora Ledergerber is owner and director of Integrity Line GmbH, a company operating confidential and anonymous web-based reporting channels for misconduct (whistleblowing).She is a leading Swiss expert in the field of whistleblower protection, with her expertise encompassing both the public and the private sectors in this matter, and an expert in anti-corruption and good governance topics.
Zora holds a PhD from the University of Zürich and graduated from the University of Zürich Law School in 1998. She is the author of “Whistleblowing as a means to fight corruption” (Stämpfli Verlag 2005) and numerous additional professional publications.
Before founding Integrity Line, she was Head of Business Ethics at the Basel Institute on Governance and responsible for setting up compliance organizations in companies and conducting legal gap analysis between the national laws in Kenya and Indonesia and the United Nations Convention against Corruption. Furthermore, Zora acted as Consultant for a broad range of international organizations, such as the Independent Inquiry Committee into the UN Oil-for-Food Program in Iraq, the Stability Pact Anti-Corruption Initiative, or the OECD Anti-Corruption Network for Transition Economies. Previously, she was Managing Director of Transparency International Switzerland.
Zora is a member of the Advisory Board of the anti-corruption organization Transparency International Switzerland and a former lecturer at the University of Basel for governance issues. In January 2015 she was appointed Co-Chair of the ECS Whistleblowing Group.
