Co-Chair WG NGOs and International OrganizationsTherese Schumann has 13 years experience working in Finance and Compliance roles across different European countries and sectors.
She is currently employed by KPMG AG in Zürich as a Manager for Compliance and Data Privacy. Prior to that she worked at the German office of Greenpeace for 7 years, building up the Compliance Function nationally with an active support for the global organisation. Beyond this role, her NGO experience derives from a broad volunteering experience for Amnesty International, a local initiative for foreign students, being KPMG representative for the Social Market Place and recently Transparency International.
She brings in 5 years as an advisor for Finance and Controlling after studying Management at the Otto-von-Guericke-University in Magdeburg Germany, holding a Masters degree. Her international work experience spans across countries from UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
