Board MemberClaudia Götz Staehelin is a Litigation and Investigation Partner at Kellerhals Carrard and represents her clients before courts and arbitration tribunals in all areas of commercial law and, as Head of Investigations at Kellerhals Carrard, leads internal and regulatory investigations. She advises clients on white collar criminal law, international legal assistance, pharmaceutical law, healthcare compliance and data protection. Based on her experience as former Head of Litigation at Novartis, she regularly assists companies with multi-jurisdictional projects at the intersection of litigation, compliance, digital, data and
information governance. She has extensive international experience in litigation and investigation risk assessment, in crisis management and in assisting companies in strategic decision-making. Claudia regularly speaks and publishes on internal investigations, corporate culture and regarding measures to establish ethics and compliance in businesses as a strategy to limit risks, create opportunities for innovation and sustainable growth. Claudia is a Swiss qualified lawyer, was admitted to the bar in 2001 and received her Doctor of Law from the University of Basel. A Certified International Privacy Professional and a Certified Fraud Examiner, she has an LL.M.degree from New York University as a Vanderbilt Scholar.
