New global business ethics survey published
Over the years, research conducted by the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (“ECI”) has found out that the pressure employees may experience to compromise their organization’s ethics standards, policies, or the law is linked with an increased likelihood to observe misconduct. Therefore, ECI conducts once a year its Global Business Ethics Survey (“GBES”). The 2020 edition with the title “Pressure in the Workplace: Possible Risk Factors and Those at Risk” has recently been released. The GBES is a global study into workplace behaviour that try to uncover new insights, cultural shifts, trends and risk factors that affect ethics and compliance programs.
