We are pleased to invite you to the next event of our working group CMS/ISO which will be held on Wednesday, 13 November 2024 from 17:00h – 18:30h at the FHGR Standort Zürich, Limmatstrasse 21, 8005 Zürich on the topic:Trainings tailored to the target group – wishful thinking? Interactive Workshop.

Ethics and compliance training is the way to engage and educate employees about the standards that guide the business. It’s critical to ensure that these training programs are relevant and tailored to the specific needs of each team and role. You think this is easier said than done?  We agree. Tailoring training to reach the right audience at the right time is a major challenge for many organizations.

An exploratory research has identified some of the challenges and requirements associated with tailoring ethics and compliance training.  Dr. Helke Drenckhan, Lawyer and Compliance Expert, and Prof. Dr. Christian Hauser, Head of PRME Business Integrity Action Center, University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons will share and discuss the exploratory findings in a workshop format. The focus will be on the needs and opportunities for companies to deliver tailored ethics and compliance training to their employees.

The event will be followed by a networking apéro.
