Ethics and Compliance Switzerland quoted in French-speaking Swiss newspaper Le Temps
A former employee of a Geneva-based trader believes that the company was massaging its accounts. However, a Zurich court has prohibited the employee from publicly expressing his doubts. An injunction that highlights the Swiss severity towards whistleblowers.
Together with the NGO Public Eye, Ethics & Compliance Switzerland commented in French-Speaking newspaper Le Temps the legal situation in Switzerland to be insufficient. Two thirds of Swiss companies have an alert system, a rate similar to that of the United Kingdom, according to a report from the University of Applied Sciences in Chur.
