Austrian Chapter of Transparency International demands anchoring of compliance
In a newly published compass for the formation of the new Austrian government, the Austrian Chapter of Transparency International established central requirements and calls for an anchoring of compliance. Therefore, a compliance management system should be mandatory for all companies employing more than 50 people and for all political parties. In addition, whistleblower regulations should also be developed.
The Austrian Chapter of Transparency refers to recent events that have repeatedly shown the need for transparency in public administration, independence of the judiciary and compliance with the basic conditions of the community (rule of law and fight against corruption).
