Patrick Wellens has been working as Compliance Manager Switzerland and global divisional compliance officer for the consumer health division of Bayer since 2014. He brings 15+ years’ experience in Governance & Compliance, developing and implementing a compliance management system, and 20+ years’ experience managing teams conducting investigations in all continents. He is a member of the editorial board of the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics and has written numerous articles in compliance magazines.
He is Vice -Chair of Ethics and Compliance Switzerland.
